Welcome home! Enjoy space and every convenience you would expect in a home, plus beautiful views and quiet.
Our 2 bedroom-2 bathroom suite is a vacation apartment which is over 830 square feet, located on the 1st floor with a private entrance. It is exquisitely quiet and peaceful with views throughout. Each of the 2 bedrooms has its own private adjoining bath. No walls of either bedroom or bath are shared walls. Each bedroom has its own double key system, should you wish to lock the rooms independently.
Suite Amenities: Private Washer-Dryer, In-suite Thermostat, Kitchen Bake-ware and Serve-ware for up to 8 people, Two Coffee Pots, Microwave, Full Frig, Stove and Oven, Dining Room Table for 4-6 which can be expanded to 8. Radiant Heated Floors, Private Entrance, 2 Cots with Bedding.
Bedroom One has King 'Select Number' bed which lets you adjust the firmness or softness on each side of the bed. The adjoining bathroom is a standard tub and shower.
Bedroom Two has a Memory Foam Topper on a 'Sealy Posturepedic' Queen Bed and has an adjoining oversized handicap bathroom with double shower.
Sleeps up to 5 adults: The 2 bedroom suite comes with 1 adult cot and 1 child's cot and can sleep any guest party of 4 or up to five adults and 1 child or 4 adults and 2 children or 2 adults and 4 children. Please note our extra person policy. The rate for the 2 bedroom suite is based on 4 adults with no charge for children under 12. Children over 12 are counted as adults. If you are staying in the two bedroom suite, you will be charged an extra person fee of $25.00 for a 5th adult. We do not allow more than 5 adults in the 2 bedroom suite. We do allow up to 6 people provided there are not more than 5 adults.
You will have a full kitchen, living room, and dining room, plus private washer and dryer. You enter through a private 1st floor entrance, which is a French door overlooking our gardens, and the Alaska Range, plus the confluence of the Chena and Tanana Rivers. Your private entrance door is also double keyed.
Amenities for Each Bedroom: Satellite TV and DVD, Tower Fan and Air Purifier, Private Fax/ Phone with Individual Phone Number for Each Bedroom, Wi-Fi, Lap Blanket, A Small Library of Alaskan Books, Board Games, Extra Pillows and Blankets, Emergency Equipment Set, Shoe Shine Stool, Luggage Rack, 2-Flash Lights (Winter), 2 Road Towels for Hot Springs with Shower Set, Iron and Ironing Board, CD-Alarm, Black Out Shades or Drapes and Privacy Sheers. An adjustable ergonomic desk chair and computer desk is in each bedroom. The desk is appointed with scissors, pens, paper, nail file, and snack candies. Mini-massager.
Amenities for Each Bathroom: 2 Plush Terri Bath Robes, Laundry Basket, 5 Set Toiletries, Unlimited Bath Gel, 4 Bath Towels, 6 Wash Clothes, Scales, Hair Dryer, Lighted Vanity Mirror. All toilets are handicap height.
You have two rental options when reserving our 2 bedroom suite. You can choose the B&B Service Rate that includes breakfast and daily housekeeping. Our You can choose the lower priced Self-Catering Rate that does not include breakfast and daily housekeeping. This rate also requires the guest to leave the kitchen clean or have a cleaning charged added.
Housekeeping for Standard Rate Option: Your bathroom will be cleaned daily and fresh towels given. Beds are made daily. All bedding, including blankets, duvets, and spreads, are cleaned for each guest. Bed linens are changed every 3rd day unless needed sooner. Trash cans are emptied daily. Vacuming is done as needed. Kitchen dishes, if washed by the guest, are put back into the cupboards. Housekeeping does not wash apartment dishes on a daily basis. However, all breakfast service dishes are removed by housekeeping and taken to the main kitchen of the house for washing. Your coffee pot is set up for the next day. We want to take good care of your housekeeping needs without intruding on your privacy.
Housekeeping for Self-Catering Rate Option: Trash cans are emptied daily. Fresh linen service is provided every 3rd night.
Laundry-- Housekeeping will remove wash from your washer and dryer if you leave instructions. Housekeeping will also turn off your washer and dryer if it is finished.
Winter Car Plug In-- We provide an electrical plug in for one car per guest room.
Rates 2 Bedroom Suite
May 15 - Oct. 15: B&B Service Rate with Breakfast-- $297.50 plus tax. (breakfast for 4 included, qualified discounts can be applied to this rate. See details on our rate page). For guest parties that want the ease of having breakfast provided for you and who wish to have daily housekeeping, our B&B Service Rate is the best option.
May 15- Oct. 15: *Vacation Apartment Self-Catering Rate: $256.50 plus tax. Our Self-Catering Option is a great option to save money if your guest party will be content with less housekeeping service and preparing your own breakfast. See housekeeping above. **Our Self-Catering option does require upon check-out that our guests leave the kitchen clean. If the kitchen requires housekeeping upon check-out, there will be a $50.00 cleaning fee applied. We want to offer you our vacation apartment at the lowest rate we can to make it available to those guests who wish to have the savings and are content to have less service.
Oct. 16 - May 14: Vacation Apartment Self-Catering Rate: $247.75 plus tax. *Please read above terms of Self-Catering Rental.
Oct. 16 - May 14: B&B Service Rate with Breakfast-- $289.50 plus tax. (breakfast for 4 included).
Extended Stay Suite-- If you are staying 15 days or more you will receive our extended stay rate and services. Please call for availability.
